Online Booking Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Jasper Hills Golf Club! We look forward to hosting you and your group. Please review the following terms and conditions prior to completing your reservation. These policies help us provide the best possible experience for all golfers.

Tee Time Reservation Policy

Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled tee time to allow adequate time for check-in and preparation.

No-Show & Short-Show Policy
Reservations that fail to arrive (“No-Show”) or arrive with fewer players than originally booked (“Short-Show”) will be subject to a $30 fee per missing player.

By making a reservation, the booking guest authorizes Jasper Hills Golf Club to charge the credit card on file for applicable No-Show or Short-Show fees.

To avoid these charges, reservations must be modified or canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time.

Pace of Play Policy

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, we ask that groups maintain the following pace:

• 18 Holes: 4 hours and 20 minutes
• 9 Holes: 2 hours and 10 minutes

Our staff may assist groups that fall behind pace to help maintain proper course flow.

Maximum Group Size
Under no circumstances may groups exceed four players (foursome maximum).

Pairing Policy
During peak tee time periods, groups with fewer than four players may be paired with other golfers to create a foursome.

Course Etiquette

Help us keep Jasper Hills in excellent condition for everyone by following these course care practices:

• Repair all ball marks on greens.
• Use the provided premium divot repair mix on tees and fairways when replacing divots.
• Follow all posted cart signs and course conditions.

Your cooperation helps maintain the quality and playability of the course.

Alcohol Policy

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests:

• All alcoholic beverages consumed on Jasper Hills Golf Club property must be purchased from the clubhouse or authorized on-site beverage service.
• Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
• Guests found with outside alcohol may be asked to leave the property immediately without refund.

Rain Check Policy

In the event of inclement weather that prevents play from continuing:

• Rain checks may be issued at management’s discretion.
• Rain checks will be prorated based on the number of holes remaining at the time play is suspended.
• No cash refunds will be issued.

Golf Cart Policy & Liability

Guests renting golf carts are expected to operate them safely and responsibly.

During peak booking windows with high cart demand, there will be a maximum of two carts per tee time.

• Renters assume responsibility for any damage caused to the cart, course, property, or other persons resulting from negligent or improper operation.
• All golfers must follow posted cart rules and instructions from Jasper Hills staff.

Age Requirement
After 2:00 PM, golf carts may not be rented to individuals 19 years of age or younger unless accompanied by a playing adult who is 25 years of age or older.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and all policies of Jasper Hills Golf Club.

You further authorize Jasper Hills Golf Club to charge the credit card used to secure this reservation for any applicable fees resulting from violations of these policies, including but not limited to No-Show and Short-Show fees.

I understand that my credit card may be charged a No-Show or Short-Show fee of $30 per missing player if my reservation is not canceled or modified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time.
